Our mission, here at Answers Within, and my personal mission, is to support the empowerment of each person who crosses my path.

Wouldn't it be nice if we could make big changes in our life, our attitudes and even our beliefs in a shorter time than we think it takes now? Have you ever wondered what keeps us stuck or frozen in our lives? Facilitating my client's needs is my calling.

Beneath our perceptions are layers of beliefs, attitudes and choices which become the foundation, infrastructure and surface of what shows up as our day-to-day reality. These attitudes and beliefs become the programs within our energetic bodies that manifest as what works and what doesn't work in our life. [ More about beliefs.]

The life we experience is based upon a complex mix of external and internal energies. These energy fields include;

• All of those currently measured by traditional science.
• Those measured by the new sciences
• Those energies that are experienced and are currently not measured
• Those energies whose presence is unknown to us.

In other words, we are complicated and layered beings. However, complicated, does not automatically translate into hopeless. We now have leading- edge tools to help sort through and heal these various layers of who we are.

My spiritually-based energy healing sessions can and do create powerful life changes for my clients. Many of my clients frequently report a broad range of benefits including

These changes last. The work itself is even fun! We laugh our way through many sessions as we are clearing and healing deeper than most have ever experienced.

Due to my background as a mental health therapist, my innate psychic abilities and my training as a Theta Healing Practitioner, I am able to offer an extensive range of energetic services designed to meet the needs of clients. During each session, I connect to your energetic body and communicate in what has been called "the Third Language". What that means is that my energetic body meets your energetic body and we can work together to bring about changes in your emotional, spiritual and even physical worlds.

Many of these services involve releasing the "energetic programs", (beliefs, attitudes & decisions) that originate with experiences from sometime within your soul's history. These experiences may be from this life or before. [See the Four Levels for additional explanation.] The result is real change in who you are and how you are living your life. We release those blocks together. You are more free to become the person you've wanted to be and somehow couldn't seem to get there.

Every aspect of this work honors your Free Will. All changes that occur are based upon, and are in alignment with, your own desire and choice. In every session, there are a minimum of three present: you (the client), myself and Creator/Source. In many sessions there will be others who are present during portions of the session. These others are brought into the session, energetically, as needed to accomplish the desires of the client. These others may be guides, Angels, or even your own friends or family who have passed over and want to help. I am very strict about the level of help I invite into our sessions. We work within shields of protection, whenever needed, that do not allow beings or energies of a slower vibration that our own.

I have conducted thousands of sessions and the experience of my clients remains consistent. They report that remarkable results are being achieved with each session. The changes are frequently felt energetically in the body, noticed in the mind and reported by the clients and others in the physical world. The most common feedback we receive is that clients have more feeling of choice between old and new ways of thinking and behaving. There seems to be a sense of awareness of an ability to choose the new behavior and much less resistance to choosing that new behavior. Many find this surprising because it was so easy to choose that new behavior, when in the past it felt difficult even seemingly impossible.
